Find a winning product.
Launch on Amazon.
Rank on page 1.

Three steps, in that order, over six months of live coaching — then a PPC team that keeps the listing there. We take beginners from an empty Seller Central account to a product that ranks and sells, and we run the ads for brands already doing it.

The programme

Three things you leave knowing how to do

Everything else in the six months exists to serve these. If you can do all three, you have a business.

How to find a winning product

Read demand, competition and margin before you spend a dollar — and learn to walk away from an idea you have already fallen in love with.

How to build a brand people pay more for

Sourcing, packaging, photography and copy that let you charge above the generic sitting next to you in the search results.

How to rank on page 1 and hold it

Campaign structure, bidding and search-term reports taught by the specialists who run our managed accounts — then three months of them running yours.

The group chat

Become part of a great community
and start a successful brand

Students post their wins in the group as they happen — first sale, first page-one ranking, first month that pays them back. These are real posts, screenshots and all.

Managed accounts

Four accounts, four different problems

Screenshots come straight from Seller Central. Every figure is product revenue for the period shown — not a projection, and not our best week picked out.

Account A · scaled from a standing start

From $13K to $228K — 1,595% growth in 12 months

We took a small account with inconsistent sales and built it into a steadily scaling brand. By restructuring PPC, identifying the products and keywords with the strongest growth potential, and progressively increasing traffic as organic rankings improved, the account reached $228K in sales over the last 12 months — a 1,595% increase over the previous period.

Account B · mature brand at scale

Holding a $1M/year brand while rebuilding for growth

A mature Amazon brand operating at significant scale. The focus was not aggressive expansion, but stabilizing performance, protecting existing sales, and rebuilding the advertising structure around the strongest products and keywords. Despite being slightly below the previous 12-month period, recent performance has started moving in the right direction, with sales up 6% over the previous 30 days.

Questions

Asked on nearly every call

Realistically $3,000–$5,000 covers a first inventory order, samples, shipping and a starting ad budget. Below about $2,500 you end up choosing between enough stock and enough ads, and running out of either mid-launch wastes what you did spend. We would rather tell you to wait a quarter than take you on underfunded.

Six months from first lesson to a listing taking orders is the normal shape, because manufacturing and shipping set the pace, not the training. Account D above is a fair example: nothing in March, first orders in spring, roughly $7K a month by autumn.

Neither. This is private label FBA — you find a category with real demand, have the product manufactured under your own brand, and ship it into Amazon's warehouses. You do not need an existing product and you are not reselling someone else's listing.

Yes. Above roughly $10K a month in ad spend a specialist works the account by hand. Below that it runs on our own bid engine with a specialist reviewing weekly, because the management fee would otherwise eat the gains. We will tell you on the call which side of the line you are on.

The programme splits into three monthly payments at no extra cost. Cohort discounts are announced to the mailing list during intake weeks. There is no evergreen countdown timer here — when a price changes it is because the cohort changed.

You describe where you are, we tell you which option fits and what it costs. If the answer is that none of them fit yet, we say that too. There is no presentation and nothing to sign on the call itself.
